Another Game Jam project, but this time with more experience and two extra programmers our game got bigger than before. We organized meetings in the morning in these two days to briefly discuss what were our tasks. This time I worked mostly putting everything in the engine and working to design the levels, but at the same time, I had to go check with other people to see if what was planned was going well. It turned out that we had a series of problems during these two days, first all the people I worked with were in Brazil and I was in the United States in other words we had a 4 hour time difference between me and my team. The second problem was two of the programmers left the project on the first day, and we ended up with only one programmer who crunched a lot on the second day. Besides everything we got an amazing result at the end, but unfortunately, we had some an expected errors at the end of the jam and we missed the deadline, but I learned important lessons about my time management to keep up with my team. Second I learned about how important is the scope of a game, maybe even with the three programmers, we would not have finished the game in time.
