Publisher Producer
My first experience as a Publisher-side Producer, Mirrored Souls was developed in collaboration with a small team of five recent graduates. As part of Flux Games’ Short’n’Sweet initiative, I guided the team through the full development cycle and multi-platform porting process. My responsibilities included creating the production roadmap, scheduling and leading weekly progress calls, aligning deliverables, and providing consistent gameplay feedback to ensure a successful launch across all platforms.
