UDO is a fast-paced down-scroller roguelike developed by a six-person team as part of Flux Games’ Short’n’Sweet initiative. In my role as Publisher Producer, I worked closely with the developers to align their vision with stakeholder expectations, structured the project roadmap, and defined key milestones. My focus was to ensure the team delivered a polished and engaging experience while staying on schedule and meeting all production goals.
